Crushed sand is fed into trough of sand washer through opening for feed(position of opening for feed is set according to user’s actual need on production spot),down part of through with declining setting is an a space for sand sedimentation.Motor drives rotor from upper end, it makes rotor screw rotate at a low speed.The screw mixes and transports the material, by this light and small materials and sundries floates on the surface and falls into overflow box(overflow box is behind tough,size,position and spill port of overlow can be decided by the user),and then overflows from overflow box into next processing step.Large and heavy particals fall down into bottom of trough and be expelled by screw wearable flake as final product.
